Shipping policy

Orders submitted will be processed within 24-72 hours of when the order was received. Orders placed Monday through Friday, please allow 24-72 hours for orders to be confirmed. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday, please allow 48-72 hours for order confirmation.

Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days from the date your order was placed depending on location. For earlier delivery, please check the 2nd Day or Next Day options or contact us for more information. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier of our choice to insure the order is delivered with the proper care.

International Orders - International Shipping rates subject to change per order.

Once an order is in transit - it is the carriers responsibility to ensure delivery, Rubber Ducky does not assume responsibility for misrouted nor misdelivered packages, at anytime.  

HOLIDAY Shipping Disclaimer: 

During the busy Holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days for any of your orders to be delivered.  It is highly recommended you place your orders at minimum a week before expected delivery. Overnight shipping is provided with an additional cost.
